Owner/Manager

David Laudenklos is the Owner/Manager of Building Systems of Tulsa, LLC.  In 1985, David began working for BST as an Estimator/Project Manager, eventually becoming Vice President and a Partner.  In January 2011 he purchased the remaining shares of the company from the founder, Gale Plummer.  In his 25 plus years with the company, David has and continues to establish long lasting business relationships with clients due to his dependability, honesty and integrity as well as his demand for a quality built building, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

Superintendents

Rick Nichols has been with Building Systems of Tulsa for nearly 25 years and has supervised and provided on site management on numerous and various types of projects. His duties involve scheduling sub-contractors, layout of buildings, site development and quality control of construction procedures.

Jay Nichols has been a superintendent for Building Systems of Tulsa since 2000 and has supervised several retail centers, office/manufacturing facilities, and office/warehouse facilities.
